The exterior is crafted from 0.7mm smooth scarlet red PU leatherette wrapped seamlessly around a 1400gsm high-density rigid core (2.2mm thickness) featuring elegant rounded corners. The spring-assisted hinged lid opens smoothly to reveal an upper lid lined with 120gsm padded white silk satin, complete with a diagonal corner ribbon for certificates or commemorative cards. The lower base features a stepped perimeter rim framing a high-density EVA insert topped with 180gsm plush scarlet red micro-velvet and a 350gsm backing board, engineered with a precision die-cut circular cavity to hold medals securely in place. An internal steel spring hinge guarantees an authoritative snap closure and dignified unboxing experience.
