What is a rigid box?
A rigid box is a non-collapsible presentation box made from thick greyboard wrapped in printed or specialty paper. It provides greater structure and a more premium unboxing experience than a folding carton.
Can YIHE manufacture custom jewelry box inserts?
Yes. Insert options include EVA or foam with paper, velvet or fabric wrapping, die-cut card, molded pulp and product-specific platforms for rings, necklaces, watches and gift sets.
How do I request a rigid-box sample?
Send the internal dimensions, product weight, preferred structure, artwork and target quantity. YIHE will review the construction and provide a sampling and production quotation.
