The structural foundation is built from a 1400gsm high-density rigid paperboard clamshell chassis lined with 157gsm smooth white backing card, reinforced with an internal spring-hinge tension mechanism for an upright display stance and crisp snap closure. The exterior is wrapped in 300gsm scarlet fine-pebble leatherette specialty paper, delivering a rich tactile grip with rounded-corner finishing. Inside, the lid features a padded 120gsm white satin cushion fitted with a diagonal silk sash ribbon to securely hold authentication certificates. The base features a precision CNC die-cut high-density EVA foam insert topped with 280gsm vibrant scarlet plush velvet, tailored with a centered circular recess to nest coins and medals securely.
