The structure is manufactured from 1400gsm high-density rigid greyboard (2.2mm thickness) wrapped inside and out with 157gsm metallic champagne gold specialty art paper protected by a silky anti-scratch satin matte lamination. When unfastened, two angled gable-roof wings fold outward symmetrically, restrained by heavy-duty 20mm wide plum red grosgrain ribbon stays, transforming the container into an expansive three-section display stage. The elevated central podium features a deep square tray lined with 120gsm virgin white paper to highlight featured luxury products. Guided by precision CNC V-grooved 45-degree and 90-degree folding hinges, the wings fold seamlessly back together, secured by concealed high-strength neodymium magnets along the upper angled roof ridge.
