Designed for 500ml permanent herbal hair dye bottles, nourishing coconut shampoos, salon hair care treatments, and premium personal care products, this upright folding paperboard carton is engineered from 350gsm high-density solid bleached sulfate (SBS) virgin cardstock. The exterior features photorealistic coconut and milk splash illustrations accentuated with high-gloss spot UV varnish against a deep pitch black background. The lower base is adorned with an ornate golden Baroque damask filigree band, complemented by electroplated metallic gold and silver foil hot-stamped typography. Protected by a scratch-resistant velvet-matte lamination, this folding carton is engineered with precision steel-rule die-cut score lines, friction dust flaps, a top tuck closure, and an auto-lock bottom, ensuring heavy load-bearing strength and flat shipping efficiency.
