1. Box style — folding carton, rigid two-piece, magnetic flip, drawer, etc.
2. Inside & outside dimensions in mm (L × W × H)
3. Quantity — first order and annual forecast
4. Board / paper spec with gsm
5. Printing — CMYK, Pantone count, inside print yes/no
6. Surface finish — lamination, foil, UV, emboss, deboss
7. Insert — EVA, EPE, paperboard, flocked, none
8. Magnet — yes/no, gauss strength if known
9. Ribbon / handle — material and colour
10. Certifications — FSC, ISO, REACH, FDA, EN71
11. Incoterm — EXW, FOB, CIF, DDP + destination port
12. Target unit price and target ship date
