Flute selection
- E-flute (1.5 mm) — fine printing, retail-ready mailers.
- B-flute (3 mm) — balanced strength and print.
- EB double-wall — heavier items, bottle shippers.

Printing
Flexo, litho-lam and direct digital. For Amazon-style scannable codes, plan a clean ≥30 × 30 mm quiet zone.
